Tiered Arrows

<p>In the vanilla game, all arrows have an attack tier of 0, making them mostly useless against armor.</p> <p>I have implemented attack tier to arrows. The tier of an arrow is a bit higher than the armor made from the same metal.</p> <div> <pre>On the technical side, I have added a harmony patch to read the tier from the arrow item and add it to the damage source. <br /><br /></pre> </div>
