Translocator Locator Redux

<p>An updated and modified version of <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/translocatorlocator">Asraiel's original Translocator Locator</a>.&nbsp;</p> <p>This mod adds two items to the game, the Translocator Locator and the Ancient Ruin Locator. These Locators try to find broken Translocators and ruin structures around you, respectively.</p> <p>They have two modes, Directional Mode and Radius Mode. Changing modes uses the same key/menu as clayforming or pro-picking (default F). Their base durability is 1500, which can be configured. Their base crafting recipe requires Iron Plates, or if you choose to enable the harder recipe in the config, Cupronickel plates.</p> <p>Directional Mode searches in a cone (2 options; small or medium) behind the block relative to the block face clicked on. Radius Mode searches in a radius (3 options; small, medium, or large) around you.</p> <p>Search values are configurable. By default the range and cost for the Translocator Locator and Ancient Ruin Locator are the same.</p> <ul> <li>Default values</li> <li style="list-style-type: none;"> <ul> <li>Small Directional Mode: 10 range, 1 durability cost.</li> <li>Directional Mode: 50 range, 4 durability cost.</li> <li>Extra Small Radius Mode: 10 range, 1 durability cost.</li> <li>Small Radius Mode: 25 range, 2 durability cost.</li> <li>Medium Radius Mode: 75 range, 10 durability cost.</li> <li>Large Radius Mode: 150 range, 25 durability cost.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>If these range values cause hitching or other issues for you, you can reduce them in the config as needed.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>This mod does have <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/configlib">Config Lib</a> compatibility as an optional dependency.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Credits to <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/translocatorlocator">Asraiel</a> for the original mod.
