Makes tier 3 refractory bricks undamageable by the firing process
Description
<p>Tier 3 refractory bricks normally have a 1/1000 chance of becoming damaged after each firing. I wanted to make tier 3 bricks permanent due to the effort required in making them compared to tier 1 bricks (rare resource ilmenite vs. extremely abundant quartz and bauxite).</p>
