Backports hairs from 1.21 to 1.20.12, AND adds a few new ones! Also adds a second extra option

Added a few new hairs (several 'extras' and 'bases')
Adds new hair colors (see screenshots)
Also adds a second 'Extra' option to let you have two hair extras, so you can have more style options. Buns and braids, or loops and ponytails or whatever your little fluffy head desires..
COMPATIBILITY / DEPENDENCIES
Patched to work with FemSeraph and Racial Equality, but doesn't require them.

theoretically, the base extra and my extra should both now also have all the same items in them as well!
possibly fixed the goblin RE issue??

I didn't actually get to test this in 1.21 since I'm stilkl on 1.20, so someone let me know if it's bjorked
