Water Wheel works with The Rivers Mod

So, i finally could do it!

I think its a great adition to the game for realistic reasons. Obviously it needs the Rivers Mod.

It should be safe to add and remove from any world! 

A huge shout out to <span id="autocomplete-delimiter">sneezerstein for making the Rivers Mod and the original River Waterwheel Mod</span>

P.D.2. Also! Try my other mod to make the water wheel work with normal flowing water.
