Water Wheel works with The Rivers Mod Mod Fix

<p>This mod fixes the 'Water Wheel works with The Rivers Mod' mod by tweaking the way it calculates torque. It does it by first making the torque calculation work the same as in vanilla where torque is equal to flow rate, and by increasing the max value of flow rate you can set in its config.</p> <p>A value of 7.5 for the flow rate is approximately what you get from rapid water that's right next to the wheel flowing only through the bottom, which I found to be a fair number, but I set the limit all the way to 20. The torque factor setting doesn't do anything with this fix installed.</p> <p>You still need the <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/50122" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Water Wheel works with The Rivers Mod</a> installed. This mod will get tossed into the aether when <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/user/A8D5BC08A56C52D4C761">@Aazdorah</a> releases an update to it. <strong>Don't pester them about it.</strong></p> <p>Yes, this mod's name has "Mod" in it twice.
