Overhauls drifter canon, adds a slew of new Rust-related entities and challenges.

Description
<span style="font-size: 36pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;">Wilderlands Rustbound</span>
<span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The Wilderlands modules seek to expand the space between intention and achievement. In <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Vintage Story</span></span>, there is no final win screen — only the paths we carve through resistance. These modules give weight to stone, danger to the deep, and tension to survival. The monument may stand visible, but the struggle to raise it is where the story lives. Make it a good one.</span>
<span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Rustbound makes the world itself an adversary. Regions fall to corruption, the moon governs danger, and survival demands observation, preparation, and deliberate action.</span>
<span style="font-size: 24pt;">!!IMPORTANT: VERSION 4.0.0 OVERHAUL NOTICE!!</span>
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">Wilderlands Rustbound v4.0.0 is a complete, MAJOR system overhaul. This update directly integrates the functionality of both Wilderlands Lunarbound and Wilderlands Behaviors straight into Rustbound.</span>
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">If you are updating to 4.0.0+, you no longer need Lunarbound or Behaviors as separate downloads—everything is now unified within this mod.</span>
- <span style="font-size: 14pt;">Mod now ships with a config file that gives the player control over many of the mod's features, old and new. Instructions ship with the mod config file found in your Vintage Story modConfig folder.</span>
<span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">
Wilderlands Rustbound is an ambitious overhaul project for <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Vintage Story</span></span> that adjusts, augments, and expands core systems to create a Rust-invaded world that is dangerous in diverse and dynamic ways.</span>
<span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">New features as of 4.0.0:</span>
- <span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> <span style="font-size: 14pt;">Long awaited config feature allowing for most systems to be massively tweaked or disabled to suit tastes. If you find something frustrating or too easy, you can probably adjust it. Please study the config file before asking me to change things.</span>
</span> - <span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"> A few new entities to worry about (Some still need work. Pardon my janky modeling skills, but I wanted to get this update out.)</span></span>
- <span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Global Blacklist feature in the config to disable ANY entity you don't want to see. This includes vanilla entities or any entity added by any other mod (including Rustbound).</span></span>
- <span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Riftspire and Cavespire spawning is now controlled by Wilderlands Worldseeder Utility, providing easy configuration if you want spires closer or further apart.</span></span>
- <span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Spire entity spawning is pulled from a configurable, weighted list for both cave and rift spires (add or remove any entities you like on those lists if you do or don't want them spawning off of spires).</span></span>
<span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">New mechanics related to approaching and breaking spires:</span></span>
- <span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">"Burst" spawning on approaching a spire will spawn numerous entities.</span></span>
- <span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Boss level "Riftguard" threat appears after a spire is broken. Kill it to delay spire respawning by a much greater time frame.</span></span>
- <span style="font-size: 18pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Chance of triggering a temporal storm when a spire is broken.</span></span>
