XSkills and MM to many leaves

<p><strong>This patch is included in <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/44074">XSkills Fork</a> for 1.22 so it shouldn't be nessisary for future versions.</strong><br /><br />A harmony patch to <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/show/mod/247">XSkills</a> that fixes the inteaction with <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/materialneeds">Material Needs</a>. That caused Material Needs' "Saw to drop leaf blocks" to always drop with or without the saw. Figured I'd do this sence the XSkills dev's are kinda MIA for now. Will take it down if the Xskill's devs ever implament their own fix.<br /><br />For anyone curious what was causing it. XSkills has a mutiply drops from leaves feature that isn't checking for tools in the drops list of blocks. So every drop was added to the drops list after being mutiplied by that mutipler and sence MM adds a garinted leaf drop it caused it to always drop.</p>
