<p>The XSkills mod adds a quality attribute to various smithed and made items.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This mod makes it so that the Mining Speed of tools is increased by up to 20% of the current value, scaled by the quality attribute on the item.&nbsp;</p> <p>So if your tool has a 3.0x Soil multiplier and 10 quality, the multiplier would increase to 3.6x (120% original)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Additionally applies to Combat Overhaul melee weapons in the same way.
