Wooden Bracers for ECO

This is an updated version of DemonDog1602967796 wooden bracers, updated for Eco v0.9.3.x.

Full credit to the creator, I did not make any of the assets or textures or most of the code. All I did was tweak the code and update it.

• Put all files in Mods/UserCode
• All done :)
• All items are crafted in the carpentry table
