Bigger backpacks

<p><strong>Doubles the inventory size of backpacks and saddlebags. That's it.</strong></p> <p>Has optional config via <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/configlib" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ConfigLib</a>.
