This mod extends the book crafting crafting process in VS.

Compatibility

Is compatible with the following mods, and we can only highly recommend all of them:

Tweaks To VS

• Book crafting is now a three-step process:
  • Craft Signatures from any parchment and tools like a knife
  • Craft a Plain Book from signatures and twine
  • Craft leather bound books from plain book and colored leather and tools
• With Tailor's Delight, book crafting also requires  awls, needles and leather strips.
• Scraped hide turns into Vellum instead of parchment. Vellum works similiar to parchment.
• Ink & Quill crafting now requires quartz crystals plus hammer and chisel

• Bone or bamboo folders
• Papyrus strips in wet and dry variants
  
• Rough and smooth papyrus sheets
• Vellum
• Signatures (folded and perforated sheets)
  
• Plain books

Decorative Items and Blocks

• New Ink & Quill variants - made from colored quartz and precious metals
• New book colors in exquisite designs: White, black, dark blue and dark red
• New blocks like lecterns, book stands etc. - Comming soon!™

New Creative Tab

• A new Library (usable by all mods) groups books and book related content
