Easy Decor

<p>A mod adding new decorative blocks, as well as adding recipes for some blocks useful as decoration.<br /><br />This mod will be updated with more recipes and some additional decorative blocks.<br /><br />If you have any ideas for blocks or recipes for vanilla decorations you feel are missing from the game feel free to ask for them here or in the corresponding thread in the Vintage Story discord server.<br /><br /></p> <div class="spoiler"> <div class="spoiler-toggle">New Blocks</div> <div class="spoiler-text"> <h3><strong>Sod Roof Slab</strong></h3> <p>The Sod Roof Slab is crafted just like the Sod Roof Tip without the topmost piece of Dry Grass. It is mostly meant to make capping off a build roofed with sod easier. A simplified recipe is available in <a href="https://mods.vintagestory.at/easysod">Easy Sod</a>, as well as simplified recipes for the other Sod Roof pieces.<br />You can also make a lowered version akin to a bottom slab by putting only the slab in the crafting grid. Adding more Grass makes the covering denser if possible.<br /><img src="https://mods.vintagestory.at/files/asset/7823/Screenshot_32.png" alt="image" /></div> </div> <div class="spoiler"> <div class="spoiler-toggle">Terrain Blocks</div> <div class="spoiler-text">Adding Water and Sand or Soil to Gravel will make it muddy or sludgy.<br /><img src="https://mods.vintagestory.at/files/asset/7823/gravelvariants.png" alt="image" /><br /><br />Adding any kind of Tree Seed to Soil will turn it into Forest Floor, which you can also add Dry Grass to for more covering.<br />(Be aware that these recipes are not visible ingame due to Forest Floor lacking a Handbook page.)</div> </div> <div class="spoiler"> <div class="spoiler-toggle">Resource Blocks</div> <div class="spoiler-text">Surrounding any kind of Soil with 8 pieces of Blue Clay, Fire Clay or Peat will turn it into the diggable resource block you can find out in the wild.<br /><img src="https://mods.vintagestory.at/files/asset/7823/resourceblocks.png" alt="image" /></div> </div> <div class="spoiler"> <div class="spoiler-toggle">Extinguished Torch</div> <div class="spoiler-text">You can craft an extinguished Torch by crafting it together with a bucket with water.</div> </div>
