Hanging Storage Vessels

Warning note - Updating from version 1 to 1.1 or 1.1.1 of the mod will break existing hangin/leaning vessels.

Adds hanging and leaning storage vessels that don't fall so you can vertically fill out cellars.

Accepts any FIRED vessel to turn into matching hanging vessel (deco/fancy ones won't work), simply add some rope and firewood.

Leaning Vessels can be stored in boats

This is my first attempt at modding Vintage Story so if I've goofed something please let me know.
