Ice Cycle

<p>Ever needed glacier ice, but all you have is hundreds of square kilometers of frozen lake? Wished you could pack glacier ice into packed glacier ice yourself? Annoyed because that mod's crafting recipe actually needs the unmeltable ice that you can't get in survival anymore? Fight fire with fire, cut ice with... ice?<br /><br />Lake ice can now be harvested with any saw.<br />Lake, glacier, and packed glacier ice can be crafted into one another, and back, at a 2:1 ratio.<br />Added a new ice saw, high durability, but only usable for cutting ice.<br />Glacier and Packed Glacier ice can be crafted together with the ice saw to get their non-melting variety, and vice versa, for those mods that haven't updated their recipes yet.<br /><br /><br />And if anyone knows why trying to add pressable properties to block rather than an item causes a crash, please let me know :) (inb4 hardcoded behavior for items)</p>
