More Crystals

<div>There are four types of quartz crystals that have a chance to form in the game: Milky quartz, Smoky quartz, Rose quartz, and Amethyst.</div> <div>These form in relatively rare structures called "vugs" within quartz veins.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>This mod increases the chances for these crystal vugs to form within quartz veins.</div> <ul> <li>Chance settings for Milky Quartz Vugs was increased from 120 to 150.</li> <li>The other crystal vugs (which were all rarer) were increased to have the same chance of forming as Milky Quartz.</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>This mod also changes the vug formations so that the different types of quartz are now associated with specific rock types.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li>Rose and Smoky quartz will form in quartz veins within igneous rocks (andesite, granite, and peridotite).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Amethyst vugs form in quartz veins within basalt.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Milky quartz forms in quartz veins within sedimentary and metamorphic rocks (basically everything else).</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>In addition, there is now a small chance for smoky quartz, rose quartz, and amethyst chunks to drop when mining quartz blocks in their respective stone types.&nbsp; This provides a means to acquire these items for making colored glass without having to find and destroy the larger vug crystals.</div>
