<span style="font-size: 18.6667px;">Previously called Leaden Roof mod, this mod adds an array of new roofing blocks for you to utilise in constructing your dream home, it extends the existing vanilla copper shingle roofing by providing zinc, molybdochalkos and lead shingle roof blocks, solid shingle roof blocks, and also provides copper, zinc, molybdochalkos and lead flat sheet roofing and wooden shake roofing blocks which are a type of wood shingle cut from raw logs, providing a pre-anvil roof type other than thatched roof sections.

The new metal shingle roofing blocks are constructed just like vanilla copper shingles by placing several copper, zinc or lead plates in the crafting grid in the various shapes to produce the respective blocks. To craft the flat sheet roofing blocks you will need to arrange the metal plate the same way as if you were going to make a particular type of metal shingle roof block but you will also need to place a hammer on the crafting grid. To make a solid shingle block place two metal plates below a hammer, this will produce two solid blocks. The making of lead plates is made easier by lead being capable of cold working; you can work it on an anvil without heating it on a forge which makes producing plates from lead easy.&nbsp;

The new wooden shake roof blocks are constructed by placing logs of the same type in the crafting grid with either an axe to produce wooden shake blocks, each three or four logs produces four shake blocks. The wooden shake roofing blocks come in every variety of wood type available in the vanilla game including aged.&nbsp;
Wood types added by Wildcraft Trees are also supported and wooden shake blocks for these types will be present when the mod is loaded.

The mod also includes shallow 22.5 degree roof blocks, split into upper and lower blocks currently including thatch, aged thatch, slate, clay shingle (red/brown/blue/fire clay) and metal shingle (copper, lead, zinc, molybdochalkos). These should help provide more useful roofing options. Shallow roof blocks for flat metal sheet and wooden shake types are not currently included but are planned for the near future.</span>
