QOL-Tweaks: Faster Barrel

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Tired of waiting forever for your barrel to finish making your leather?</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">This mod decreases processing times down by a large amount, its not instant, but expect to see around a 40-60% faster processing time.
