Simple Saltpetre Solution

<p>Adds a simple and rather vanilla-like way to get saltpetre (or saltpeter for anyone inhabiting the former colonies) from compost based on the nitre bed process.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The process involves soaking compost in water for 0.75L Nitrate Solution for each compost and water, then combining it with potash (1:3 potash-to-Nitre Solution ratio) and boiling it to obtain saltpetre. In total, you get 8 saltpetre for every 64 rot, 16 water, and 4 potash.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Balance may be off and subject to change, since I have not yet gotten to actually needing saltpetre, but I think the game needs something like this regardless.</p> <h2 style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #e74c3c;">Notice: Due to changes in version 1.1.0, all barrels sealed with Nitrate Solution and Potash will stop the process.</span></h2>
