TinkerTailor - Clockworks

Description

An expansion upon the gadgets available to those with the 'tinkerer' trait. Most new items in this mod will require jonas parts.
(I tried to keep things balanced decently for vanilla/lightlymodded gameplay)
More will be added as I get better at modding this wonderful, frustrating, amazing game.

Current Features
- Illuminant. A self-contained flux-gap bulb that emits a soft light but no heat.
- Less light than a torch, but never goes out.
- Cannot be attached like a lantern or torch, but emits a soft laso light forever, even when placed.
- Can be ground stored & shelved, though the light dims to nearly nothing when shelved.
- Sparker. A pocketable ignition device that uses powdered charcoal and rusty gears to function. (Only available with ExtremeFirestartersReforged)
- A consumately crafted gearbox serves as the body, while a rusty gear and charcoal powder serve as the striker and fuel.
- Returns the consumately crafted gearbox upon breaking, so all you have to do is add another rusty gear and more powdered charcoal.
- Is significantly better than the basic wooden firestarter, though is still not a perfect firestarting solution.
- Flashbulb. A deployable superbright light that burns out over time.
- Can be picked back up via right-click.
- Burns out after 12 in-game hours if left deployed, but can be repaired.
- Bright enough light to illuminate fairly large ruins/caves.
- Is the part of this mod that has given me the most trouble getting to work properly, and the most likely thing to have changes to in the future.
- Clock Wrench. A prized multitool. Wrench, Soldering Iron, & Can Opener.
- A tinkerer's best friend.
- Primarily a wrench, but also has a built-in soldering iron that works with all vanilla recipes and most modded recipes that require a soldering iron.
- Has a high attack tier, so even though wrenches generally are less than ideal for combat, this one at least doesnt take DR penalties.
- Flicker. An advanced ignition device that uses a temporal gear to perpetuate evaporative stasis. Comes in 8 variants. (Only available with BlushAndBlacksmith)
- Comes in 8 variants that only differ in durability and aesthetic appearance.
- Variants include: 'Fine'(steampunk brass&leather themed), 'Fancy'(alternate vintage steampunk theme), 'Jade'(peaceful/gem themed), 'Locust'(glowbutt themed), 'Corrupted'(rust themed), 'Cavern'(ruin/underground themed),
'Dread'(blackguard themed), & 'Temporal'(temporal tear themed).
- Is basically a lighter, the ultimate in firestarting tools. Functions exactly like the lighters in Blush&Blacksmith, as they use PinkOblivion's code.
- Cogwright's Baselard. A refurbished dagger from a previous age. Don't send your nerd into the tunnels unarmed.
- A mid-to-late game knife with stats closer to a shortsword, useful for when you are carrying too many tools and books to have a large weapon.
- Requires ruin-delving and metalworking to aquire, as it is crafted from the 'ruined baselard' and 2 types of bronze strips.
- Fluxograph. A odd form of soldering iron, which allows one to write & draw glyphs in temporal flux on metal surfaces.
- A specialty soldering iron that can also be used to write in laso on plaques, as well as draw symbols in temporal flux on any solid metal block face.
- Refractor Goggles. Mechanically adjustable telescopic lenses which can be worn on the face.
- Special goggles with adjustable telescopic lenses.
- Gives ranged accuracy bonus when worn
- Spatial Compression Vessel. A technologically advanced storage container. Comes in 8 variants.
- Drastically improved storage space and perish rates compared to normal vessels.
- Some variants have more space than others. All are difficult or costly to aquire.
- Currently, only 2 variants are obtainable:

Spoiler!

The 'Antique' Variant is purchasable from the inventor, and the 'Eidolon' variant is craftable using an Eidolon Elucidatory Vessel.

- The other variants will become obtainable over the next few updates.
- Improved Tuning Spears. 4 new distinct, custom modelled variants of tuning spears.
- Tired of the tuning spear barely ever working properly, with or without mods, even on stable release? Here's a few variants that may prove more worthwhile to carry, if you can afford them.
- Each variant has a custom model, no simple reskins.
- Variants include:
- Fine Tuning Spear -- A generally improved tuning spear, made with decent materials. The serrated bismuth bronze tip and leather grip offer a slight overall increase to damage, comfort, and durability.
