Boat Speed

Simple mod made by editing the boat json, changing its speed to 2.6 times the speed of the raft.

Fair to say i don't know much about modding this game or any game in general, so if you find any mistakes or issues with the files, please let me know. Any tips on how to fix the issues would be greatly appreciated.
