Icecutter Reworked

<p>A boat attachment that allows sailboats to break ice blocks automatically.</p> <p>Crafted from iron plates and wood planks.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Usage:</p> <p>Place the cutter on the front on the boat on the mount point that now exists from the mod.
